Subject	Paint is "rough"

Message	When i bought the car, the paint was all greasy. I washed the entire car with SimpleGreen. I took the greasy top layer off but the paint was still rather "dull." After i took SimpleGreen to the entire car, it's still rough and "dirty." I slapped an orbital buffer on it with a light "cutting" pad, and while that helped, it's still not that good. Advice would be helpful. It's super white if that matters. GotCarolina Z?
